ams OSRAM AS5055A Low Power 12-Bit Magnetic Position Sensors are single-chip, on-axis rotary sensors featuring low voltage and power options. The AS5055A Sensors include an integrated hall element array, a high-resolution ADC, and a smart power management controller.

The ams OSRAM AS5055A Low Power 12-Bit Magnetic Position Sensors transmit angle position, alarm bits, and magnetic field data over a 3-wire or 4-wire SPI interface to the microcontroller.

The AS5055A is specified over an operating temperature of -40°C to 85°C and is offered in a small QFN 16-pin 4x4x0.85mm package.
