Analog Devices Inc. ADL5315 Precision High-Side Current Mirror

Analog Devices ADL5315 Precision High-Side Current Mirror has a wide input current range (3nA - 3mA) and features a stable and user-adjustable input voltage. Though optimized for use with PIN photodiodes, ADL5315 is well-suited for a wide range of applications.

ADL5315 offers a compact solution for the common and often most challenging problems of interfacing an optical power monitoring device (such as a log amp) to the cathode-side of a PIN photodiode. The ADL5315 can mirror the current at the cathode at a 1:1 ratio over a six-decade range, achieving an output exactly proportional to the reference current monitored. The ADL5315 Precision High-Side Current Mirror is available in a 2 mm × 3 mm, 8-lead LFCSP and is specified for operation from −40°C to +85°C.

Features

  • Accurately mirrors input current (1:1 ratio) over 6 decades
