Analog Devices Inc. ADRF5300 Reflective SPDT Switches are manufactured in the silicon process and developed for 5G applications ranging from 24GHz to 32GHz. The ADRF5300 features a low insertion loss of 1.1dB, a high isolation of 38dB, and an RF input power handling capability of 28dBm average and 36dBm peak.The ADI ADRF5300 Reflective SPDT Switches integrates a negative voltage generator (NVG) to operate with a single positive supply of 3.3V (VDD) applied to the VDD pin. The ADRF5300 enables CMOS- and low voltage transistor to transistor logic (LVTTL)-compatible controls.
The ADRF5300 Reflective SPDT Switches operates from -40°C to +105°C and is available in a 20-terminal, 3mm × 3mm, RoHS-compliant, land grid array (LGA) package.
