Analog Devices Inc. ADuM3200/ADuM3201 Dual-Channel, Digital Isolators

Analog Devices ADuM3200/ADuM3201 dual-channel, digital isolators with iCoupler® technology combine high-speed CMOS and monolithic transformer technology to achieve outstanding performance characteristics superior to alternatives such as optocoupler devices.

The ADuM3200/ADuM3201 isolators provide two independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates up to 25Mbps. They operate with 3.3V or 5V supply voltages on either side, offering compatibility with lower voltage systems as well as enabling voltage translation functionality across the isolation barrier.
