Analog Devices iSensor® MEMS gyroscope subsystems reliably detect and measure the angular rate of an object under severe and complex operating conditions. The MEMS gyroscope portfolio provides an analog and digital output, high vibration & shock immunity, and temperature sensitivity control to 25ppm/°C. Designers can use the ADI iSensor MEMS gyroscope subsystems to measure an object's rotation in °/sec over a wide dynamic range and bandwidth.
