Bourns 2036 H Series High-Temperature GDTs

Bourns 2036 H Series High-Temperature Gas Discharge Tubes (GDTs) are designed for use in applications requiring a wide operating temperature range. The series offers stable operating characteristics over an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. These devices feature a robust current handling capability of 10kA on an 8/20µs current waveform and 2kA on a 10/350µs. The 3-electrode design provides balanced voltage limiting in response to a common mode surge event. Bourns 2036 H Series High-Temperature GDTs are RoHS compliant. The series is ideal for remote-outdoor communications equipment as well as environmentally exposed industrial equipment requiring overvoltage protection.
