Bourns SF-1206HIA-M & SF-0603HIA-M SMD Fuses

Bourns SF-1206HIA-M and SF-0603HIA-M SMD Fuses are AEC-Q200-compliant high-inrush SMD fuses. These SMD fuses are designed for enhanced voltage and current handling capabilities in small 0603 and 1206 package sizes. The SF-1206HIA-M and SF-0603HIA-M ceramic multilayer fuses operate from -55°C to +150°C temperature range. These SMD fuses operate at 0.5A to 6A rated current and 24VDC to 65VDC rated voltage. These SMD fuses are RoHS compliant and come with Moisture Sensitivity Level (MSL) 1. The SF-1206HIA-M and SF-0603HIA-M SMD fuses are suitable for industrial, medical, telecom, and battery management systems (BMS).
