KYOCERA AVX SCC High Capacitance Cylindrical SuperCapacitors feature a 1F to 3000F capacitance range with a 2.3V to 3.0V rated voltage range. The SCC series offers excellent pulse power handling characteristics due to the combination of high capacitance and low equivalent series resistance (ESR). These cylindrical electromechanical double-layer capacitors can be used by themselves or in conjunction with primary or secondary batteries. Other features include extended backup time, longer battery life, and instantaneous power pulses as needed. The series operates in a temperature range of -40°C to +65°C (+85°C with voltage derating). KYOCERA AVX SCC High Capacitance Cylindrical SuperCapacitors are ideal for holdup, energy harvesting, pulse power, and other applications.
