Microchip Technology ATtiny414 8-Bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technologies AATtiny414 8-Bit Microcontrollers offer a high-performance low-power AVR® RISC architecture with maximum clock frequency up to 20MHz and 4KB program memory size. These 8-bit MCUs also feature 256B of SRAM, 128B of EEPROM, and 4KB of in-system self-programmable flash memory. The ATtiny414 MCUs use core independent peripherals and picoPower® technology to enable a flexible and low-power architecture. These MCUs include an event system and sleepwalking, accurate analog features, and advanced peripherals.

The Microchip Technology ATtiny414 MCUs are housed in a compact SOIC-14 package and are offered with a -40ºC to 105ºC and -40ºC to 125ºC operating temperature range.
