RA High-Frequency Signal Relays

Panasonic Industrial Devices RA High-Frequency Signal Relays are microwave devices featuring a 50Ω impedance, a 2 Form C contact arrangement, and 10 million operation durability. These relays offer a carrying power of 3W (at 1GHz). With capabilities up to 1GHz, these relays are ideal for communication and measurement equipment. The RA Signal Relays operate with a -40°C to +85°C temperature range and feature a 1.5VDC to 48VDC rated coil range with a 140mW to 300mW rated operating power range.
